The founding of the program Chance has a very emotional history. John Simmons, the founder of the organization, is a philanthropist and one of the donors of Chance. He always wanted to change the lives of the children who are in foster care. John’s desire to help provide children with a family-like environment came true. Chance is a family which gives children education and healthy values.

The idea of founding the organization was realized in 2012. John and his wife Amy

Simmons, adopted 6 children from different orphanages in Russia and they raised them along with their 3 biological children.

Chance chose Georgia. Since 2012 Chance helped hundreds of children to achieve the goals and develop professionally.
